Return & Exchange Policy for Timeframespply

At Timeframespply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges based on the following guidelines:

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return an item, please note the following:

  • Returns are subject to a R400 return fee per item.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your return.

Please contact us at shoptimeframespply@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur a R400 exchange fee per item. Shipping fees for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shoptimeframespply@gmail.com with photos of the damage. In this case, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that items that are damaged due to misuse or wear-and-tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at shoptimeframespply@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and the associated return fee.
  3. Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return policy, we will issue a refund or process the exchange.

Important Notes

  • All returned items must be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to customer handling or wear, including items with missing or damaged tags.
  • Shipping fees, including return shipping, are non-refundable.
