Returns & Exchanges Policy — Time Frame Supply

At Time Frame Supply, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories and included items intact.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with no signs of damage, stains, odours or alterations.

Eligible Reasons for Returns

We accept return requests for the following reasons:

Incorrect item received: You received a product different from the one you ordered.

Incorrect size or product specifications: The item received does not match the size or specifications stated in your order.

Damaged or defective items: Your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Fulfilment errors: Your order contains missing or incorrect products.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may be declined if:

The item has been worn, washed, used or altered.

Original packaging, tags or included accessories are missing or damaged.

The item shows signs of misuse, stains, odours or damage caused after delivery.

The return request is submitted after the 7-day return window, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return and clear photographs of the item where applicable.

Wait for return instructions and approval before sending the item back.

Once received, the item will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns may qualify for an exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected. Shipping costs and return shipping arrangements will be communicated during the return process.
